2-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
Important Points
- ✅ We offer FREE replacement shipping on eligible replacement requests.
- ❌ Returns or replacements will not be accepted for personal preferences, change of mind, natural variations in crystals, or if you ordered the wrong product.
- ❌ Natural inclusions, slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, or pattern are characteristics of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.
- ✅ All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To request a replacement for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Broken product
- Missing item
A clear continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened package is mandatory.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the replacement request.
Eligible for Replacement
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your product arrived damaged or broken.
- Your order has missing items.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 2 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
- The original packaging, tags, certificate, or accessories are missing.
- Damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling.
- The issue relates to natural color, texture, inclusions, or shape variations found in genuine crystals.
- The customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind after purchase.
Crystal Authenticity
All crystals sold by Vedic Divine are natural stones.
Because every crystal is unique, slight differences in:
- Color
- Shape
- Pattern
- Size
- Surface texture
are completely natural and should not be treated as manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping
For approved replacement requests:
✅ We provide FREE return pickup wherever service is available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to courier the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable courier charges or arrange an alternative solution after approval.
Refund Policy
If a replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability, you may choose one of the following:
- Refund to your original payment method.
- Store Credit for future purchases.
- Exchange for another product of equal value.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product. Bank processing times may vary.
Sale Items
Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or limited-time offers are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customized & Personalized Products
Customized, energized, personalized, or specially made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit.
