Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message.
Please double-check your name, address, and contact details before confirming the order.
Orders once placed cannot be edited, but you may contact us immediately for urgent corrections.

3. Pricing & Offers
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes (GST is not applicable as we operate as an individual).
Discount codes such as DIVINE10 must be applied at checkout.
Offers and discounts may change without prior notice.
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Order processing may be delayed during festivals or high-demand periods.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India only.
Delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
We use trusted partners like Shiprocket / Shipprime for delivery.
VedicDivine is not responsible for:
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
Courier delays due to uncontrollable situations

6. Returns, Exchange & Refund
We aim to deliver only the best quality products.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully:
We only accept returns if:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received (must have unboxing video)
Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
No returns for change of mind or energy-based dissatisfaction.

7. Product Authenticity
All gemstones used in our bracelets are 100% natural.
Every product is energy-cleansed and charged with Vedic rituals before dispatch.
No artificial or dyed stones are used.
Some natural variations in color, lines, or texture are normal and indicate natural authenticity.
